About TPSC
Hello, and welcome to The Party Sitters Club! TPSC was inspired by a lifetime of experiences, educational pursuits and a genuine love for having fun with children. A lifelong East Ender, I began babysitting 25 years ago, bringing my passion for crafts and being silly to families throughout the neighbourhood. I fell in love, so much so that I still do it today!
After graduating from York University's BFA program in 2011, I entered the childcare field full time, working in private nanny share arrangements, at childcare drop-ins for major conferences (e.g. Great Canadian Auto Show) and VIP babysitting with Imagine That Family Care at some of Toronto's finest hotels (Four Seasons Yorkville, Shangri-La and many more). Over the years, my passion for the field grew and I enrolled in Seneca's Accelerated Early Childhood Education program, registering as an Ontario Early Childhood Educator in 2023.
I was inspired to create The Party Sitters Club as a love letter to my life in childcare. It brings together my studies in child engagement and well being with the wealth of activities I've gained in my work over the years, and the joy of bedtime stories and songs in PJs. After working privately with so many amazing families throughout my life, it is also important to me that the split costs of the group care TPSC offers make for more affordable nights out. Join the club and let's make some memories together!
Canadian Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certified.
